This heavy duty series CBC-HD-2x1 model conveyor is ideal for heavy duty coil fed press applications and coil stock thickness greater than 0.125 (1/8) inch. With a roll area width of 28 inches and weight of 210 pounds, this accordion style conveyor model features continuous coil stock support, a minimum pass-line height of 9.5 – 17.5 inches and an adjustable roll area length range from 1 - 4 feet.

The CBC-HD-2x1 is sold by the module, comes standard with a steel roller bed (poly non-marking wheels and rollers, and anti-buckle top/trap rollers are not available on the heavy duty series), heavy axles, .25 (1/4) inch thick side plates, and .5 (1/2) inch thick bolts. Material capacity is 400 pounds/feet.
